How much should I charge for a custome tattoo design?
I designed a custom Celtic-knot-cross that incorporates a Star of David in the center created by the knotting. It is highly detailed, black and gray, about 6 inches in height and about 4 3/4 inches in width. I am a skilled artist but have never sold my work. I had a friend of a friend over my house tonight and he saw it and said “That’s the sickest one of these I’ve ever seen. Can I get this tattooed on me?”
I would say $200-$300.
Tattoos that size can go for around $120-$200.
Just make sure the custom is really impressive before charging high.
