Tattoo industry, one of the most popular industries of the modern times, has gone through a long journey ever since the time the term Tattoo was coined in 1769 by James Cook. The derivation of the word is from the Polynesian term, ‘tatao’. The anti social image that was linked with the tattoo in its earlier days is no more present with it being accepted by all the societies.
